Where Psychological Healing Meets Spiritual Restoration
Rykeyla’s passion is helping others experience psychological healing, spiritual transformation, and a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ — because she believes true healing involves the whole person: mind, body, soul, and spirit.
For Rykeyla, this work is deeply personal. She knows what it’s like to carry wounds for years while still moving forward in life — and she knows firsthand that when you begin to heal, it has the power to transform every single aspect of your life.
Becoming Daddy’s Little Girl
Seeing Myself as a Daughter of God
Written under the direction of the Holy Spirit and born from Rykeyla’s own journey of psychological and spiritual healing, Becoming Daddy’s Little Girl is a book and journal duo created to help women experience healing and discover who they are as daughters of God.
Created with women who have experienced rejection, abandonment, father wounds, and the lasting effects of those experiences in mind, the book brings together personal testimony, psychological insight, biblical truth, and guided reflection.
Rykeyla shares her own journey while helping readers look honestly at theirs — understanding what shaped them, healing what still hurts, and discovering what it truly means to see themselves as Daddy’s little girls.
Becoming Daddy’s Little Girl is more than a book—it’s a growing community of women walking together in healing, faith, identity, and wholeness.
In small groups, women journey through the book together—sharing their stories, deepening their faith, and discovering what it means to see themselves as daughters of God.
And as one woman grows, she can help another do the same. For those called to lead, the journey continues through guiding small groups of their own and walking alongside the women who come next.
Rykeyla uses her story, psychological insight, and faith to have honest conversations about rejection, abandonment, healing, identity, and what it truly means to become whole.
Rykeyla believes healing goes deeper than managing symptoms. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, she brings together clinical insight and faith to help others understand how their experiences have shaped them and begin healing from the inside out.
Rykeyla brings personal experience, clinical expertise, faith, and the lessons of entrepreneurship into conversations that challenge people to think differently, heal deeply, lead well, and live with purpose.

This book is amazing! It had me in tears. It brought a lot of trauma to the forefront and helped me forgive myself and others. Forgiveness is not for the other person, it’s to help you heal and grow in Christ! This book was right on time. I am going to read it again because it’s truly helped me in so many ways! God bless the author and thank you for sharing your journey and helping others get through theirs. You have to read it for yourself, you’ll be glad you did!
Miss Keyla has been wonderful. She’s been doing an amazing job helping my husband, and is really great at keeping me informed on what’s going on as well. I can tell she really wants to help and enjoys what she does. She’s always there when we have questions or concerns and is very good about staying in communication with us. It feels more like working with a friend than just another doctor.
This was my first experience in anything therapy related due to my fears of judgement and family backgrounds. Rykeyla made this a comfortable experience for me and has opened my eyes and heart to accept treatment in a positive way. It was very therapeutic to hear new ways of thinking and a positive perspective on how to understand myself in the aspects of growth. Never was I rushed or felt judged in any way. I 100 percent recommend her for anyone hesitant on investing in their health! She went above and beyond to hear what I needed to say! She made me feel so valued and understood! Thank you so much!
